FAQ Please read the instruction manual first before using KEE Desk Phone Dock. Clean up inside of your iPhone’s 3.5mm headphone jack and 30-pin dock connector hole to avoid any connection failure. Q) Does KEE Desk Phone Dock support landline connectivity? A) No. You cannot connect your landline cable to any port of KEE Desk Phone Dock. Q) Can I use the USB port of the power adapter to charge my USB device? A) No. Do not connect other USB devices to the USB port of the power adapter. It may cause malfunction or damage of KEE Desk Phone Dock, iPhone or your USB devices. This port should be used only for connecting KEE Desk Phone Dock to your computer. Q) KEE Desk Phone Dock seems not working when I use only USB port. A) To use full function of KEE Desk Phone Dock, it requires to be connected via AC power & USB port. See the difference of supported functions at this page. Q) I cannot find my iPhone on iTunes when I connect USB cable to my computer. A) Sometimes iPhone does not show up on your computer when you’re connecting USB cable. Re-docking your iPhone from KEE Desk Phone Dock will let your computer recognize your iPhone. Q) The sound volume too low. A) KEE Desk Phone Dock amplifies iPhone’s output sound. Before docking your iPhone, check the following instructions first. Set iPhone’s HEADPHONES volumes to the maximum. There are 3 different HEADPHONES volumes to set in your iPhone. These can be set when you plug your earphone into the 3.5-mm stereo headphone minijack of your iPhone. HEADPHONES ringer volume : It’s the default volume when you control it at the home screen. HEADPHONES music volume : When iPod music is playing, your volume control sets the iPhone’s music volume. HEADPHONES call volume : When you’re making a call or on the phone, your volume control sets the iPhone’s call volume. Set your iPhone’s ring/silent switch to the ring position. Q) The other party cannot hear your voice well. A) Check the 3.5-mm audio jack connector first. Both ends should be connected into each hole fully & tightly. A loose connection may result in problem of mic-in and sound-out via KEE Desk Phone Dock. Q) How to keep KEE Desk Phone Dock clean on its surface? A) For cleaning the surface of KEE Desk Phone Dock, use a soft & water-dampened cloth. Be careful not to touch any electric part of the product with water. Be careful not to get the product stained with ink. Do not wash the product with harsh chemicals, soaps or detergents. Q) What is your warranty policy?
